National Bike Your Park Day
Bike Your Park Day is a national event to encourage and promote bicycling as a healthy, sustainable way to travel and recreate. WAB is participating by offering rides of various distances and paces starting from James City County Upper County Park, followed by a picnic lunch after the rides. All rides will start at 9:30.
This is a WAB Event but non-members are welcome to attend!

Non-members - no worries! Just bring something to share (or not) as your heart desires!
Bring something else to grill if you desire - the charcoal grill will be fired up!The large pavilion has been reserved.
The rides should be completed by about 11:45 - Noon - then let's eat!
WAB Ride & Picnic at Upper County Park. The "D" pace ride will avoid the busier roads in the area by exploring the Stonehouse Community. NOTE: This route is only about 17 miles but be aware that it is rather hilly. The pace will be adjusted as needed and re-groups will be done when/if needed.
Pre-registration is requested for everybody.
