Swing by the VCTF Pop-Up Rest Stop on Saturday, March 22nd at the Herring Creek Trailhead MM 27-28 from 10 am to 1 pm. Whether you're tackling a personal challenge or just enjoying a lovely day on the Capital Trail, stop by and see them! They'll have refreshments, cool trail facts, and some great giveaways!

Pace for Rides:
A (20+ mph)
A- (18-20 mph)
B+ (16-18)

C (12-14)
D (10-12)
Casual Up to 10 mph, with no one left behind

Helmets are required on all WAB rides.

Registration is required for all WAB rides. Pre-registration online accomplishes the following: 1) the ride leader and other participants know who is coming; 2) you are eligible for club insurance in the event of an accident (non-members 1st ride only); 3) you accept the risks involved in riding; 4) you provide necessary legal protection for club leadership and ride leaders, and 5) we have an easy means to communicate in event of a change or cancellation.
