The Virginia Capital Trail Foundation is excited to present "Cap Trail 101: A Guide to the Trail"! This presentation will be a formal introduction to the Trail for folks who have been anticipating getting out on the Trail but haven't crossed that final step into going out. This will be an informative, 1-hour presentation-- starting with the early beginnings of the Trail into the current day. There will be some historical context, some non-profit programming knowledge and so much more!

Helmets are required on all WAB rides.

Registration is required for all WAB rides. Pre-registration online accomplishes the following: 1) the ride leader and other participants know who is coming; 2) you are eligible for club insurance in the event of an accident (non-members 1st ride only); 3) you accept the risks involved in riding; 4) you provide necessary legal protection for club leadership and ride leaders, and 5) we have an easy means to communicate in event of a change or cancellation.
