March General Membership Meeting

The deadline to signup for a meal has passed but you can still register for the meeting!
Please join us for what should prove to be a very interesting March General Membership meeting. After an hour of food and socialization, Fran Lenahan from Conte's will explain the benefits of having a proper bike fit for comfort and efficiency.
Agenda:
6:00 - Meal - sandwiches, vegetable tray, fruit tray from Publix ($10/person, deadline has passed, brown bag your own)
Fit kit will be available before and during dinner and after the meeting to view and / or try on various articles of WAB apparel.
7:00 - Business meeting. Guest speaker will be Fran Lenahan from Conte's: "Good Fit, Good Comfort, Good Fun"
Riding bikes is fun. But nothing stops fun more quickly than numb hands, throbbing feet, or a poorly fitting saddle. Fun requires comfort. The presentation will be an opportunity for participants to learn about bike fits and get a better understanding of the places where we most frequently experience discomfort and injury: our feet, hips and a combination of our back, shoulders, neck and hands. More importantly, they will have a more than basic understanding of why these parts of the body are subject to strain, pressure and numbness.
